User Eligibility

The Website is provided by Eminent Auto Leasing and available only to entities and persons over the age of 18 and is of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law. If You do not qualify, you are not permitted to use the Website.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE LICENSE, SERVICE OR OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EMINENT AUTO LEASING, THESE TERMS OF USE CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EMINENT AUTO LEASING WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, EMINENT AUTO LEASING SYSTEMS, AND ANY SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, INFORMATION AND CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN, AND SUPERSEDE ALL DISCUSSIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, CONVERSATIONS AND AGREEMENTS CONCERNING THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF.

Cancellation Policy

The following table indicates how much you can expect to pay if you choose to cancel your lease agreement with Eminent Auto Leasing as a Service Fee rendered. Once a vehicle is secure for you and the lease term is agreed by both parties and the documentation is completed by the said dealership. All Refund will be process within 7 to 10 working days, all fees that is related to a Refund or Dispute will be subtracted and a check will be mailed.

$300 for a vehicle costing up to $30,000
1% (one percent) of the MSRP for a vehicle costing up to $49,999
$500 flat fee for a vehicle costing $50,000 or more
